Academy Policy
1. TuitionTuition may be paid monthly or by purchasing a multi-month membership plan.All payments are made in advance according to the selected payment plan.Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of whether there are 4 or 4,5 weeks in a particular month.
2. Missed LessonsPlease let us know as early as possible if your child will be absent.Missed lessons may be made up in another group of the same level, subject to availability.All makeup lessons must be agreed with the teacher in advance.Makeup lessons cannot be guaranteed and are not available for missed lessons that were not reported in advance.
3. Lesson Cancellation by the AcademyIf a lesson is cancelled by the Academy, we will offer one of the following:a rescheduled lesson; an additional lesson; or a credit towards your next payment. Parents will be informed of the arrangement in advance.
4. Early Termination of a Long-Term Subscription
The long-term subscription discount is granted in return for payment and reservation of a place for the entire selected period.In the event of a long-term illness, relocation, or another significant reason, the remaining amount for full unused months may be refunded or credited towards other lessons, subject to agreement with the Academy.The period already used will be recalculated at the standard monthly rate without the long-term discount.
5. Public Holidays
The monthly fee is fixed and is calculated based on the Academy's academic calendar (see below) from September to June.Public holidays and breaks already included in the Academy calendar are not grounds for recalculating the monthly fee.

The Academy will remain closed during the aforementioned public holidays and vacation periods.Lessons will resume as per the regular schedule following each break.
